How will you communicate important updates, milestones, and developments to your stakeholders? How will you communicate what is working and what might need to be revised? Why is this communication key to the success of your proposed practice change? Effective communication, throughout the entirety of a project, leads to a more successful project. If risks or barriers emerge for the project, a communication plan can detail the best way to assess, solve, and act on the issues that emerge. This week, you will assess the current progress of your proposed practice chance. What is working? What is not working? What is the value and impact of this change? You will explore the importance of developing a communication plan to share this evaluation with your stakeholders to communicate the assessment of risks and outcomes. The development of the communication plan will be in conjunction with the final revisions and development of the project management plan. After meeting with your preceptor, revise your project management plan.
