Marilyn R. Kaplan, PhD, currently serves as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Academic Operations at the Naveen Jindal School of Management. Governing directors experience numerous exposures to liability with recent legislation including the Dodd-Frank Act and the advent of emerging technologies with related regulation. Consequently, Dr. Kaplan’s work in 1993 bears significant relevance to the modern governance climate.
